I’m a Talent Strategist and Sourcing Expert who partners with nonprofit leaders to hire with clarity, purpose, and intention.

 I bring 15+ years of experience working alongside Executive Directors, Boards, and senior leadership teams to navigate complex hiring moments, from building out a new C-suite role to leveling up how an organization approaches hiring altogether.

As a lifelong community connector, I bring both strategy and soul to the work I do. My approach is deeply relational and rooted in integrity. I don’t just match people to roles; I help organizations clarify who they need to thrive and grow.

I don’t believe in hiring for the sake of filling a seat. I help my clients slow down, get clear on what the organization truly needs, and move forward with a plan that reflects their values, not just their vacancy. Whether I’m advising on a candidate profile or leading a targeted sourcing sprint, I approach the work as a thought partner, not a plug-and-play recruiter.
